The Manager of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing a sales funnel including generating leads for our Vendor Management business line. The Manager is responsible for cultivating these leads and generating new client partnerships. The position is responsible for all stages of the sales process and implementation. This person will work with PPR leadership to facilitate long term relationships.


  • Cultivate new business opportunities by communicating with client prospects via telephone, as well as conducting meaningful and compelling sales presentations electronically and in-person
  • Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects
  • Manage prospects through the entire sales process
  • Generate new relationships and leads via attending conferences
  • Be point person on implementations of new engagements




  • Bachelor’s degree or higher



  • 3-5 years outside sales experience
  • Experience traveling to generate new business


  • Healthcare Sales Experience
  • Consultative Sales Experience
  • Experience working remotely

  • Exceptional listening skills and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and techniques
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases to manage sales processes

  • Experience identifying the largest opportunity and managing time appropriately
