Director, Great Employment Experiences (Human Resources & Corporate Recruitment) 

PPR Talent Management Group is a mid-size, fast pace company is looking for a tenured, driven HR professional. This position is a true generalist and will be very hands on. The Director of Great Employment Experiences (HR & Corporate Recruitment) is both a strategic and hands-on collaborator that provides Human Resources support to corporate office, remote and multi-location contract professionals. The position is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal and external customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The Director of Great Employment Experiences is a champion of culture change, a mentor and leader, coaching managers in development of others, challenging the status quo, and offering creative solutions to business issues.

The ideal candidate for this role is highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to weave in and out of multiple HR scenarios seamlessly. You're a confident, smart, quick on your feet, positive and an out of the box thinker. Having a natural curiosity, always looking for ways to enhance and make systems more efficient. Strong attention to detail is a must. You have superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written and email). Positive team player, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to work independently. The ability to manage a high-volume workload with "roll up your sleeves" attitude. Strong internal and external customer service focus. Bias for quality customer service and solutions-orientated action while managing multiple priorities, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence. Quest for knowledge, ability to research, and apply solutions to unique fact patterns. Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization.

What You Will Do

Partner with leadership to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement in alignment with HR strategy and initiatives. Develop a scalable approach to HR Operations in line with business needs, culture and values, including relevant programs addressing company-wide programs, compliance and processes. Develop and maintain policies and programs for the entire company spanning organizational development, employment, training, employee relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, safety and health. Improving and maintaining high customer service levels throughout the organization. Serve as an employee representative for our growing multi-location company. Responsible for all stages of the employee on-boarding, orientation and exit process. You have the ability to create new processes and systems to align HR strategies to business goals and growth. Stays abreast of federal, state, and agency compliance matters and serves as an expert in state and federal labor law compliance. Policy development and documentation. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. All other tasks and duties assigned.

Education And Experience


  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, business or HR major preferred. Master's Degree in HR, Organization Development or MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years human resources or relevant professional experience
  • PHR Requires, SPHR preferred


  • Experience in the healthcare and staffing industry, Familiarity with M&A, and experience with Ultimate Software is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of HR legal compliance protocols preferred

Reports to: CEO with a dotted line to the President of PPR TMG and the President of 360 Healthcare Staffing.

Working Location and Schedule

  • Jacksonville Beach, FL – PPR TMG Corporate Office
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST
  • You will support employees across multiple office locations including remote employees.
