Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to assist in our expanding and growing business lines based in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This position will assist the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing activities that drive brand awareness, and support the businesses’ sales and recruiting strategies. Our business focuses on virtual recruiting and staffing solutions for clients, contractors and Registered Nurses with the core purpose of creating great employment experiences. As the Social Media Specialist, primary responsibilities include: • Content writing for a variety of marketing assets, such as social media, eNewsletters, sales and recruiting collaterals. • Basic graphic design support • Keyword, industry and competitor research to determine relevant content topics, and to influence the advertising and business growth strategies • E-mail campaign support, including e-mail copy creation, e-mail template creation • Ongoing website audits and content updates • Ongoing social media management across multiple platforms and content/graphic generation Specific requirements for the Social Media Specialist position include: • 2+ years of full-time marketing experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred • Proficient writing and communication capabilities • Process and detail oriented • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Experience in graphic design platforms, specifically Canva • Proficient with social media management for business • Experience with a social media management tool • Experience with an e-mail marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer that has experience in the above-mentioned duties, even though may not be an expert at any individual marketing skill. This individual would thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit work environment with tight timelines and multiple, parallel projects and the drive for success.
