General Summary:

The Payroll / Billing Coordinator is responsible for the weekly processing of employee timesheets, payroll changes and adjustments, taxes, and billing of hours for the contracted healthcare professionals.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Administration and calculation of weekly multi-state payroll
  • Bill clients for hours worked and services performed
  • Reconcile weekly payroll hours and billing hours
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
  • Investigate and correct payroll /billing discrepancies and errors
  • Review and import time keeping records
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management
  • Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
  • Coordinate and work with recruiters and travelers to build great relationships
  • Adhere to strict deadlines
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Handle confidential information
  • General accounting reports and duties
  • Provide support to the Director of Payroll
