Responsibility

Thumbs up

Volunteering is an integral part of the culture and structure at PPR. We are so passionate about it, every home office employee is given a minimum of eight hours of PTO per year to use for a community service project or to volunteer in an activity of the his/her choosing . In fact, one of the many characteristics PPR looks for when hiring employees is their desire and willingness to participate in and improve our community.

Everyone in our corporate office is involved in their community from coaching youth sports to raising funds for different charities. The charities with which we are actively engaged cover a variety of existing needs in the community—animal rescue, cancer, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, autism, troubled/in-need children, battered women, the elderly, building homes for the less fortunate and taking care of our military—just to name a few.

Always looking to have fun, PPR employees, are inventing creative ways to raise support like cooking contests, mud runs, bike rides, bake sales, bowl-a-thons, raffles, trivia nights, name that tune, auctions, socials and we can’t wait until next year.
